School Programs

Thank you for your interest in having your event video taped. Video Memories, would be pleased to professionally produce a DVD of your school’s event. There is truly no better way to capture the memories of your school’s event than on DVD.

Here’s how it works:

• You sign an agreement with us to reserve the date.

• You take pre-paid orders.

• We produce the video and deliver the DVD copies to the school.

   

Here’s what we do:

We would like to attend one of your rehearsals to ensure that there will be sufficient lighting for the best possible video and to help secure the best camera locations so we get those all important close-ups for the proud parents.

On the day of the event, we arrive early to set up and test our equipment. We shoot with two professional digital cameras. One camera will capture the close up shots while the other camera records the overall view. We believe the audio quality is just as important as the picture quality, so we use specially placed microphones and/or hook into your audio system to assure a quality audio track.

We will mix the two camera angles into one professionally finished production, complete with computer-generated titles. Finished DVDs are normally available within a couple of weeks after the event. Your school is provided an archive copy at no additional cost.

Details:

• We can provide you with a master flyer for you to copy and distribute.
• We must have conformation that you have a minimum of 30 orders before the date of the event.
• All money is due the day before the event.
• The school or parent club writes one check to Video Memories.
• Price per DVD will be $34.95 for pre-orders. (includes tax, but not shipping)
• Orders on the day of the event or after the event will be $39.95 each. (includes tax & delivery)
• Video Memories can take orders directly the day of the event and via our website up to two weeks after.
• Programs lasting longer than two hours will require additional production fees and higher prices.
