Video Memories, would be pleased to professionally produce a DVD of your recital. There is truly no better way to capture the memories of your recital than on DVD.

Here’s how it works:

• You sign an agreement with us to reserve the date.

• You take pre-paid orders.

• We produce the video and deliver the DVD copies.

   

Here’s what we do:

We would like the option to attend one of your rehearsals to ensure that there will be sufficient lighting for the best possible video and to help secure the best camera locations so we get those all important close-ups for the proud parents.

On the day of the event, we arrive early to set up and test our equipment. We shoot with professional digital cameras. We will capture a mixture of close up shots and overall views. We believe the audio quality is just as important as the picture quality, so we use specially placed microphones and/or hook into your audio system to assure a quality audio track.

We will create one professionally finished production, complete with computer-generated titles. Finished DVDs are normally available within a couple of weeks after the event. Your studio is provided an archive copy at no additional cost.

Details:

• We can provide you with a master flyer for you to copy and distribute.
• We must have conformation that you have the required minimum of orders before the date of the event.
• All money is due the day before the event.
• The Studio writes one check to Video Memories.
• We suggest an “early bird” pre-order price of $34.95 per DVD or more.
• Orders after your “early bird” deadline should be $39.95 per DVD or more.
• Programs lasting longer than two hours will require additional production fees and higher prices.
• Tax and Delivery are included.
